Aloha and welcome to the Sage PLUS Program website. We are Hawaii’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), a program that offers one-to-one counseling and assistance to people with Medicare and their families. We provide free counseling and assistance via telephone calls, face to face meetings and public education presentations / programs.
Our certified volunteers may assist you with the following:

Counseling to individuals with Medicare, their families, and caregivers on the options and benefits available under Medicare

Assistance in comparing and enrolling in most Medicare health and drug plans
