Hawaii SHIP invites you and your loved ones to a free, virtual presentation called Project Grad 65: A Welcome to Medicare Presentation. This presentation is on Wednesday, Sep 14, 2022, from 11:00am – 1:00pm.
Project Grad 65 is designed for individuals turning 65 and “graduating” into Medicare to prepare them for their Initial Enrollment Period. Anyone who wants to learn more about Medicare is encouraged to register.
Hawaii SHIP has partnered with the Social Security Administration, Honolulu office, who will talk about the benefits and services that Social Security provides. Hawaii SHIP will cover the basics of Medicare, including Parts A thru D, enrollment periods, late enrollment penalties, and supplement insurance.
New to this presentation is an SSA & Medicare Basics toolkit that we developed to share with the attendees.
