HMO is a type of Part C-Medicare Advantage Plan. It’s also a medical insurance group that provides health services at a fixed annual fee. While members must get their care and services from in-network providers, there are a few exceptions:
These services are covered whether they are provided in or outside the plan’s network. Please note that the cost for receiving non-emergency health care won’t be covered when it’s unauthorized and outside the plan’s network.
