Hawaii SHIP is partnering with the Hawaii State Executive Office on Aging and the County Offices on Aging to better understand what older adults and their caregivers need most. A brief statewide survey is now available, and your response will help shape how services and programs are planned across the state.
Planning effective programs starts with real, lived experience. This survey gives older adults and the people who support them a direct channel to state and county decision makers, helping ensure future services actually reflect community needs rather than assumptions.
The survey takes just a few minutes and touches on:
You control how much you share. Taking part is entirely optional, and no identifying information is collected, so you can respond honestly and openly.
Every response adds to a clearer picture of what older adults across Hawaii actually need. That picture is what helps state and county agencies close gaps, expand services, and support people who want to stay safe and independent in their own communities. Your input, combined with others across the state, is what drives that change.
