What is Medicaid?

A Federal and State Program that provides health insurance for people with limited income and/or assets and who meet other criteria.

Need help paying Medicare drug costs?

"Extra Help" pays:
- Part D premiums & deductibles.
- Lowers copayments & coinsurance.
- Provides coverage during Coverage Gap.
Must have limited income & assets.
Apply with Social Security or Hawaii SHIP.

Need help paying Medicare health costs?

Medicare Savings Programs (MSP) pays:
- Part A and/ or Part 8 premiums.
- Deductibles, copayments & coinsurance.
Must have limited income & assets.
Apply with Med-QUEST or Hawaii SHIP.
If you qualify, you will get "Extra Help"
