Each fall, Medicare Advantage Plans-Part C & Prescription Drug Plans-Part D send beneficiaries an Annual Notice of Change to inform them of any changes in coverage, costs, and more that will take effect the following January. If you don’t receive this important document in early fall, contact your plan.
